Weeds – All weeds in greenbelts, common areas, East side walking trail near train tracks, and drainage channels to be sprayed by end of July. Homeowners are encouraged to pull their weeds adjacent to their fencing that includes these areas, making sure to not leave the pulled weeds behind, but to dispose of them accordingly.

     Mowing – Beauty banding of 3’ to be done at the fence lines of all the common backyard and side yard areas of greenbelt and open spaces to be mowed once a month during the Spring/Summer months. The Native Grass will remain to grow between these beauty banding areas. It is important to let the Native Grass grow until it seeds in the fall.
